Fees & Rebates
The following information related to 1-1 psychological sessions. Please contact us directly regarding rates for other services.
Fees:
Private consultation fees are $200* per 46-60 minute session for individuals with Samantha Carruthers – Organisational Psychologist (registrar). APS National Schedule of Recommended Fees 2022-2023 has the standard 46 to 60-minute consultation fee at $280.
We are also able to work with clients who are funded through other agencies such as Workcover, Comcare and TAC.

Rebates:
Please be aware that you can only make a claim from one source (either Medicare or your health fund) for each consultation.
Medicare rebates:
You may be eligible to receive psychological services under Medicare. You will need a referral first. Please speak to your GP about your eligibility to claim these Medicare benefits. Medicare can provide rebates for up to 6+4 sessions, with the potential for another 10 sessions if needed.
Sorry we do not bulk bill.
Health insurance rebated services:
Contact your private health insurance provider to find out if they offer part rebates for psychological consultations.
Cancellation Policy:
If you can’t attend please let us know as soon as you can so that we can try to make your spot available for someone else to use.
You will receive a confirmation SMS 48hr prior to your appointment. Please respond with a CANCEL or CONFIRM. If you are unable to attend, please notify us more than 24 hours before your appointment or a 50% Cancellation fee will apply. Thank you.
